I'm way over 45 Japanese, and among all the sheet masks I have tried, this one is the best for my dry & aged skin. It also fits my face with small eyes and lips while other sheets have huge holes for eyes & mouth.
I use this mask every other day. My skin is obviously brighter after using it for only two times.
